Most orders of in-stock items ship within 1-2 business days from the time of order. A tracking number will be sent to the email address on file when your order is shipped. There is no weekend or holiday carrier pickup, so all orders placed on Friday afternoon, Saturday, or Sunday will be shipped the following business day.
Please ensure you have a secure area for your link to be delivered as we are not responsible for packages shown as delivered. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses - ensure your shipping address is correct and up to date. If your link is shipped to an incorrect address, we will attempt to re-ship it to you once it arrives back to our warehouse. Shipping delays are common with international shipments. Please keep an eye on your package tracking and contact us if the delay becomes unreasonably long; please be patient with us as we work together to find a solution.
North American Shipping:
All North American orders are fulfilled from our Everett, WA 98204 warehouse. Domestic orders are shipped for free throughout the USA using UPS, U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail or a combination of the two. Deliveries can be tracked with the tracking number provided to you when your package ships. If you do not receive an email with your tracking number, please let us know at support@cascadecomponents.bike and we can get it to you.
Worldwide Shipping:
All worldwide orders (Excluding the UK and EU) are fulfilled from our Everett, WA (98204) warehouse. International orders are shipped using DHL or UPS. The shipping rates quoted to us by the carrier are identical to the rates we quote at checkout. The easiest way for you to determine shipping costs is to add your product to the cart, select a checkout option and enter a shipping address to see the available options. Orders can be tracked using the tracking number provided when the package ships. Please note that orders placed outside the USA are subject to local import fees and taxes collected by the carrier upon delivery. While shipping times are slowly returning to normal, shipments can be delayed as they clear local customs – please be patient.
Local Pickup Orders:
If you are local to Everett, WA and would like to pickup your link in person, you may choose the Pickup option at checkout. In stock items are generally ready for pick up within 24 hours or less from the time the order is placed. Once your order is ready to be picked up, you will be contacted with pickup instructions. Orders placed for pickup will be held for two weeks before they are returned to our stock. If you are unable to pickup your order for more than two weeks after it was ready, please contact us to ensure a link will be available for pickup. If you accidentally selected Pickup at checkout but need your link shipped, please email us so we can get your link shipped to you ASAP.
Forwarding Services:
If you choose to use a forwarding service and need to return any part of your order, return shipping to Cascade USA is your responsibility. If you can arrange delivery to the forwarding service we will cover shipping from the forwarding service to here, but no more. Just like how it's none of our business where something goes after it's delivered to the address on the order, it's none of our business how it gets back there.
