Do I need to change my shock?
No change to the shock is necessary. This link is designed around the stock shock.
I want more bottom out resistance. How should I set up my shock?
We suggest running a 5% higher pressure than what you ran with the stock link. To accompany this add two clicks of LSC to maintain the same damping force at the wheel as before.
I want better small bump sensitivity. What spring rate should I use?
You can run the pressure as low as the recommended pressure with the stock link. We don’t recommend going any lower than this though. Since the link relies less on damping to prevent bottom outs you can also try running less LSC to allow the shock to be more active over higher frequency impacts.
Does installing the link void the warranty?
At this point we don’t know, but it’s safe to assume that it will.
